Dunning Group was selected to design the new corporate headquarters for this industry leader in state and local government affairs services. The design team was tasked with the design of more than 12,500 square feet of office, meeting and entertaining space on the 16th floor of a building overlooking the nations capitol.

The design  incorporated an inviting entrance lobby that utilizes elegant materials that compliment the gathering spaces that adjoin it. The gathering spaces were designed to be re-configurable as they accommodate critical meetings with trade associations, advocacy coalitions, federal and state government clients and non-profits during the day and then be able to readily facilitate receptions and social events in the evening.

The work space was designed to maximize natural lighting and to reinforce a strong visual connection between the various spaces.
