With this project, our experts faced a complex challenge: renovating an existing, occupied apartment community while maintaining community amenities, minimizing disruption to residents and ensuring a safe environment.

The project included 1,181 apartment units and was divided into several phases and required excellent communication between the design team, the community management and the construction team. The design team was responsible for the modernization of the apartment units, identifying and providing solutions for problematic existing building systems and designing inviting amenity spaces that would be critical in the marketing and leasing efforts for the community.
